The team at Ballynahinch Castle are delighted to have been awarded two Rosettes for Culinary Excellence in the AA Rosette Awards 2018-2019.
The Awards are assessed on the quality of the food, but the Rosettes are only awarded to those who aim for and achieve higher standards. To receive our two Rosettes Award, the kitchens of Ballynahinch Castle demonstrated that they are dedicated to achieving higher standards, better consistency and greater precision , while paying obvious attention to the selection of quality ingredients.
Our head chef Pete Durkan and his team extract the very best in flavour and texture from the wonderful produce that Connemara has to offer. The team present the very best in Irish food. by cooking with a sophisticated touch without over complicating their dishes. It is a fantastic achievement for all the team.
