Our kitchen strives to combine modern cuisine with seasonal, local ingredients and innovative techniques, resulting in a continually evolving food experience. Equal dedication has been applied to compiling our wine list, which complements our menus.
The mainstay of our wine list is traditional wine-producing countries, with classics such as France and Italy. However, we share the same beliefs as our kitchen team: our offering must constantly be reviewed and evolve to create a perfectly balanced wine list. Subsequently, we have sought out innovative and adventurous wine producers from lesser-known wine-producing countries.
