Our kitchen combines modern cuisine with seasonal, local ingredients and innovative techniques, creating a continually evolving dining experience. We've applied equal dedication to curating our wine list, which complements our menus.
The mainstay of our wine list is traditional wine-producing countries, with classics such as France and Italy. However, we share the same beliefs as our kitchen team: our offering must constantly be reviewed and evolve to create a perfectly balanced wine list. Subsequently, we have sought out innovative and adventurous wine producers from lesser-known wine-producing countries.
