A very simple but tasty end to your Christmas Day dinner, a traditional Irish Coffee.
Stir 1 brown sugar cube or teaspoon of brown sugar into hot water.
Add 35 ml of Irish whiskey. (We use Jameson).
Add a shot of coffee.
Stir ingredients together.
Pour shaken pouring cream against the back of a teaspoon slowly over the liquid the slower the process the less likely the cream will sink.
Add 3 coffee beans for garnish.
