Our chefs have shared their quick and easy recipe for our Oat Cookies.
150g oats (blitzed)
1tsp baking powder
1tbsp golden syrup
Preheat the oven to 160 degrees. Sift the dry ingredients into a mixing bowl. Add the melted butter milk and the golden syrup and mix until fully combined. Roll the dough in-between two sheets of parchment paper and stamp the cookies out with a round cutter. Place them on a tray with greaseproof paper. Bake for 8-12 minutes until golden brown.
