Sometimes the best plan is no plan at all: just a comfortable chair, a few chapters, and the luxury of an uninterrupted afternoon.

Cian and the team are busy keeping the garden at its summer best. July is a month of maintenance and care, feeding and deadheading bedding plants and roses to keep them flowering well into the season, while keeping an eye on emerging dahlia shoots, which are a particular favourite of slugs.

Summer in the Owenmore Restaurant is defined by produce from the walled garden, exceptional local seafood, and the changing flavours of Connemara as the season reaches its height. 🦞
