Ballynahinch Castle is also licensed to host civil ceremonies. If you are planning to hold an intimate civil or ceremony with a small number of close friends then we are happy to host such an event on a non-exclusive basis. However as there are other guests in the hotel such events are limited to a maximum of 20 guests and subject to availability.
Your special day is made so by the private use of the Hunts Room and inter-connecting Morning Room with access to the hotel gardens for your ceremony. Following this your party will enjoy a celebratory dinner in the semi-private dining area of our restaurant. You and your guests, all of whom must be resident enjoy all the services of the hotel and grounds. As we have to be mindful of our other guests staying in the hotel we are unable to accommodate music and dancing. This celebration is more suited to a low key gathering of friends and family for a dinner party.
