We are delighted to participate in National Wild Game Day celebrations this evening with Euro-toques Ireland. Executive Head Chef Alan Mc Ardle and our kitchen team have created a special menu showcasing Ireland’s wild game and the winter bounty. Our vegetables on this menu are sourced from our Walled Garden and surrounding woodlands with the help of Cian Cunniffe our Head Gardener.
