Our kitchen strives to combine modern cuisine using seasonal local ingredients and innovative techniques that result in the on-going evolution of our food. Equal dedication has been applied in compiling our wine list to complement our menus.
The mainstay of our wine list is traditional wine producing countries with classics like France and Italy. However, we share the same beliefs as our kitchen team, in that our offering needs be constantly reviewed and evolve to create a perfectly balanced wine list. Subsequently, we have ventured further afield to find innovative and adventurous wine producers from less familiar wine producing
countries.
