The Twelve Bens are a group of small mountain also known as Beanna Beola, translated to “The Peaks of Beola” in Irish. They are not particularly high but they do provide excellent walking and hiking trails
. The highest peak of the mountain range is 730 meters. You do not have to be an experienced climber to enjoy the picturesque surroundings.
