Gun Shoots

The Ballynahinch Estate provides the perfect backdrop for game shooting in the West of Ireland.
Comprising of 450 acres of unspoilt Connemara landscape, the Estate readily offers both gentle and challenging terrain, set in dramatic scenery.

There are 6 woodcock gun shoots held at Ballynahinch from 1st November until 30th January every year. Parties organise 8 guns for each shoot where all beaters, dogs, ammunition etc are provided. Many parties return annually and advance booking is essential. Game birds including grouse, pheasants and woodcock all roam the estate.
