Errisbeg Nestled at the foot of Errisbeg lies the fishing village of Roundstone, the perfect starting location for the ascent of this rugged mountain. The short cycle from the hotel to the base of the route provides a different experience of the roadways of Connemara and the village of Roundstone. This short walk allows the walker to experience many sites of local lore and legend against the backdrop of wild ocean breakers. The sea air, vast ocean and striking coastline of Western Ireland are all wonderfully experienced at the top of this fine mountain. Duration: 5 hours Length: 12km cycle and 5 km walk.
