Civil Ceremonies Connemara
If you are planning to hold an intimate civil or partnership ceremony with a small number of close friends then we are happy to host such an event on a non-exclusive basis. Ballynahinch Castle is licensed to host civil ceremonies, however on a non-exclusive basis, we limit the number of guests to a maximum of 40 and this is subject to availability.
Your special day is made so by the private use of the Hunts Room, inter-connecting Morning Room with access to the hotel gardens and semi-private dining area of our restaurant. You and your guests, all of whom must be resident enjoy all the services of the hotel and grounds. Obviously as other guests will be staying in the hotel we are unable to accommodate late night dancing and music. This celebration is more suited to a low key gathering of friends and family. Music in the Fishermans pub after dinner is perfectly fine and indeed encouraged, however this would conclude at 12 midnight.
